AMAZING NEWS!!!!

Well, it's been almost a week since I got a call from our agency, Holt International, telling me that we moved from #12 to #6 on the waiting list!!!! I was beyond shocked to hear this news, and honestly, didn't believe it for a few days. (I even called them again and talked with a second person just to make sure they both gave me the same word.... yeah, I did, it's sad but true.) Up until now, we have thought we could receive a match in September 2011, but would likely receive a match in December 2011. However, it seems things have been moving along faster than expected, and we could VERY POSSIBLY receive a match in June!!!!!!!!!! That's right, in just 3 short months, we could know who our baby girl is, what her name is going to be, how old she is, what she looks like, and approximately when she'll be forever home with her forever family!!!! Now, this is all very exciting, but not guaranteed, so I'm not getting my hopes up too much.......... RIGHT!!!!! MY HOPES ARE UP, WAAAAAYYYYY UP!!!!!!!! Seriously though, they've told us that it's very possible in June, but if it doesn't happen in June, then we should definitely match in September. So, September went from best case scenario to almost certain, and I'm still floating on cloud 9! If you're reading this and you're someone who hangs around me a lot, consider yourself warned, I will probably be a little uptight in June, and if I super glue my phone to my ear, don't think I'm odd... just anxious. ;-) We are blown away by God's faithfulness, and we feel 100% confident that we will match with the perfect child at the perfect time (..but yes, I do REALLY hope it's June).
